If our e-commerce clients have not yet migrated from version 4 to version 7 as of today, it is highly likely that they will soon. Here is some updated information on our Network Solutions E-commerce Support Site, as well as some new Technical Documentation and Frequently Asked Questions.
It's busier than it has ever been right now. But despite the heavy pace and longer than normal hold times, we are doing quite well based on what I can see.

It's fun to see a coworker mentioned in a USAToday article.
This brings me to the second factor — e-marketing. I spoke about this subject — online small business success — last week with Jeff Zimmerman, the Vice President of Product Management for Online Marketing and E-Commerce for Network Solutions.
